What Windloads.ai receives, why it is needed, and how access is controlled during review.
Last updated August 24, 2026We receive the contact address you provide, your intake conversation, structured project information, uploaded test programs and drawings, and technical results created for the requested review. A property lookup also uses the property address you enter and its resolved location coordinates. Limited security and service records may be kept to protect the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Uploads are transmitted over TLS. After confirmation, selected PDFs are stored in private, access-controlled systems encrypted at rest. PDF copies and private, expiring download links are sent to the Windloads.ai review mailbox. Customer documents are not published at public file addresses.
Documents are used to perform the analysis you requested, prepare the engineering brief, operate security controls, and deliver results. Windloads.ai does not use customer drawings to train shared systems and does not sell customer content.
Feedback is used for quality and safety review. Conversation content is included only when you provide the separate consent requested with that feedback.
Windloads.ai uses infrastructure and AI service providers needed to store, process, and deliver the review. Customer content is shared only to the extent required to provide those services and remains subject to the provider's applicable data controls.
When you request map-based property features, Windloads.ai may send the relevant property location to Google Maps Platform. Google's handling of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Secure download references expire after seven days. Copies needed to complete the review may remain in private storage or the review mailbox until the engagement, support request, or legal obligation is complete. Feedback is retained only while useful for quality review. You may request deletion of project files, consented feedback content, or both at any time.
