This notice explains what Windloads.ai receives, why it is needed, and how access is controlled during an Averroes review.
Last updated August 4, 2026We receive the contact address you provide, your intake conversation, structured project information, uploaded test programs and drawings, and technical results created for the requested review. Security logs may record limited request metadata such as time, route, and network address. Averroes also records content-free operating metrics such as the model route, latency, token counts, cache use, and whether official-source fact-checking was used.
Uploads are transmitted over TLS. After confirmation, selected PDFs are stored in private, access-controlled object storage encrypted at rest. PDF copies and private, high-entropy download links are sent to the Windloads.ai review mailbox; the links expire after seven days. Customer documents are not published at public file addresses.
Documents are used to perform the analysis you requested, prepare the engineering brief, operate security controls, and deliver results. Windloads.ai does not add customer drawings to its model-training corpus or any cross-customer learning library, and does not sell customer content.
Helpful or needs-work ratings are stored without the conversation by default. If you type a correction, it is automatically redacted and held as a private review candidate. The question and answer are included only when you select the separate consent checkbox. Redaction removes common contact details, filenames, and private paths before storage.
Feedback never retrains the live model automatically. A human reviewer must verify a proposed lesson against the relevant code, standard, approval record, or other reliable evidence before it can become reusable Averroes guidance. Approved guidance cannot override a controlling project document or official source.
Windloads.ai uses infrastructure and AI service providers needed to store, process, and deliver the review. Customer content is shared only to the extent required to provide those services and remains subject to the provider's applicable data controls.
Secure download references expire after seven days. Copies needed to complete the review may remain in private storage or the review mailbox until the engagement, support request, or legal obligation is complete. Feedback candidates and approved service lessons are retained only while useful for quality review. You may request deletion of project files, consented feedback content, or both at any time.
