Your account and payments

When you create an account, we receive your name, verified email and account identifier from the sign-in service. You may add an optional company name. We use this information to manage your profile, calculator access, subscription and purchased reports.

Account authentication is provided through a secure sign-in service. If you choose Google or Microsoft sign-in, the selected provider handles that sign-in. Payments are processed by PayPal. Windloads.ai stores payment references, amounts and confirmation status to manage access and report delivery; it does not collect your PayPal password or full payment-card details.

Your report history includes the property address, calculation report and purchase status. Purchased reports are retained in your private account so you can download them again. The seven-day download-reference period described below applies to engineering intake documents, rather than purchased calculator reports. While you are signed in with paid calculator access, we save your submitted property searches, calculator questions, calculation and report requests, and product approval searches with your account, time and request outcome. These records help the site administrator understand customer needs, provide support and improve the calculator. Search activity is visible only to authorized administrators and is kept for up to 90 days. We do not record typing or address-autocomplete suggestions as search history. You can request access to or deletion of your search history at the contact address above.

Purchase confirmations and report PDFs are emailed to your verified account address. When you purchase signing and sealing, your email, project address, calculation summary and unsigned PDF are sent to intelligence@windloads.ai and shared with the Florida PE reviewing your project. The completed signed PDF is returned to your private account and emailed to you. These are service emails for your purchase.

Promotional links and campaign measurement

When you follow a promotional link, we may use a first-party browser cookie for up to 30 days to remember that link's campaign. We privately connect that campaign with a new account registration, confirmed trial activation and first successful calculator use to understand which promotions bring customers to Windloads.ai.

This campaign measurement does not collect IP addresses or project contents. Measurement records are available only to authorized administrators and are not sold. A blocked cookie, a different browser or an untracked link can leave a registration without a recorded campaign. You can request access to or deletion of your measurement records using the privacy contact below.

Your choice about Google ad measurement

Separately from the private campaign measurement above, you can allow Google advertising measurement on our public information pages and account page. It is off until you choose Accept in the Google ad cookie banner. Declining does not affect registration, calculator access or purchased reports. We remember your choice in a first-party preference cookie for up to six months. An active Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser preference keeps this advertising measurement off.

If you allow it, Google may use advertising cookies and receive browser and device information, including your IP address, ad-click identifiers and a limited public page address. When a genuine new account is confirmed, we send Google a sign-up event with an opaque reference to prevent duplicate counting. We do not include your name, email, account identifier, property address, project contents or private account-page query in that event. A free registration is not reported as subscription revenue.

We disable ad personalization and do not use this feature to send customer lists or email addresses to Google. It does not run in private calculators, projects, report pages or the subscriber dashboard. Google handles information it receives under the Google Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer or below. Withdrawing stops future advertising measurement in this browser and removes accessible advertising cookies; it cannot undo information already received by Google or remove cookies on Google's own domains. Essential account and payment functions continue to work.

What we collect

We receive the contact address you provide, your intake conversation, structured project information, uploaded test programs and drawings, and technical results created for the requested review. A property lookup also uses the property address you enter and its resolved location coordinates. Limited security and service records may be kept to protect the service, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

How documents are handled

Uploads are transmitted over TLS. After confirmation, selected PDFs are stored in private, access-controlled systems encrypted at rest. PDF copies and private, expiring download links are sent to the Windloads.ai review mailbox. Customer documents are not published at public file addresses.

How documents are used

Documents are used to perform the analysis you requested, prepare the engineering brief, operate security controls, and deliver results. Windloads.ai does not use customer drawings to train shared systems and does not sell customer content.

Feedback

Feedback is used for quality and safety review. Conversation content is included only when you provide the separate consent requested with that feedback.

Service providers

Windloads.ai uses infrastructure and AI service providers needed to store, process, and deliver the review. Customer content is shared only to the extent required to provide those services and remains subject to the provider's applicable data controls.

When you request map-based property features, Windloads.ai may send the relevant property location to Google Maps Platform. Google's handling of that information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Secure download references expire after seven days. Copies needed to complete the review may remain in private storage or the review mailbox until the engagement, support request, or legal obligation is complete. Feedback is retained only while useful for quality review. You may request deletion of project files, consented feedback content, or both at any time.
