These terms govern Windloads.ai, Averroes, and document review.
Last updated August 24, 2026Averroes provides pre-fabrication analysis, evidence reconciliation, and risk screening based on submitted information. It does not replace laboratory testing, a licensed engineer's project-specific judgment, or a signed and sealed engineering document.
You are responsible for providing accurate, authorized, and complete project information. Missing, conflicting, or incorrect drawings can change the result. Material assumptions and unresolved conditions are disclosed and must be reviewed before a decision is made.
Forecasts are not approvals, certifications, warranties, or guarantees of test performance. The governing code edition, approval route, laboratory procedure, project specification, and authority having jurisdiction control the final acceptance basis.
You retain ownership of submitted documents. You confirm that you have authority to provide them for analysis. Windloads.ai handles them according to the Privacy Notice and any separately executed NDA.
Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, personal data unrelated to the engineering review, or documents you are not authorized to disclose. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Some requested property views include Google Maps Platform content. Use of that content is subject to the then-current Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Required source attribution appears with the applicable view.
