Accounts, subscriptions and reports
A customer account is free to create. Wind-load calculator access requires an account and an active subscription or trial. Eligible new subscribers receive one 14-day free trial per customer account. The trial costs $0 and begins when your payment method and trial activation are confirmed, after you explicitly agree to future monthly billing. Creating an account alone does not start a trial.
After the 14-day trial, your approved payment method is automatically charged the monthly price you agreed to and continues charging monthly until you cancel. Your account shows the trial end and first billing date. Cancel through My Account before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Cancelling during the trial stops future billing; calculator access continues until the trial ends. The trial covers calculator access and on-screen results. Downloadable reports and Florida PE review, signing and sealing are separate purchases.
Current prices in USD are shown in your account and before checkout. The subscription renews monthly at the rate you approved until you cancel. Changes to advertised prices apply to new purchases; existing subscriptions keep their agreed recurring rate. Existing subscriptions and previously started checkouts retain their original terms; a new trial is not added to an existing paid plan or a standard checkout. The recurring payment terms are displayed before you approve checkout. Where direct card billing is available, card details are entered in secure payment fields and saved by PayPal for the recurring payments you authorize. A PayPal customer account is not required for that option. For subscriptions without a trial, access starts after payment is confirmed.
Unsigned calculation reports are purchased separately from the monthly subscription, at the price shown before checkout. Review the property and calculation inputs before purchasing. Purchased reports remain accessible from your account after the subscription ends, subject to payment confirmation and any refund or payment dispute.
You can cancel future subscription renewals from My Account. Confirmed access continues through the current paid period. For billing or purchase help, contact intelligence@windloads.ai.
You can purchase a report with Florida PE review, signing and sealing, or add this service to a purchased unsigned report at the upgrade price shown in your account. Paid orders retain their original price. The unsigned calculation PDF and purchase confirmation are available after payment. The completed signed and sealed PDF is emailed within 24 hours, subject to PE approval and complete project information. We will contact you if clarification is needed or delivery is delayed. Payment does not guarantee PE approval. If the PE cannot approve your report, contact intelligence@windloads.ai to resolve the purchase. An unsigned report is preliminary and is not a signed or sealed engineering document. Railing calculators are separate from this subscription.
